I apply a scientific approach to healing with an energy healing methodology (reiki)* in a unique combination of ayurvedic perspective, kundalini yoga exercises, breathwork (pranayama) and introspective reflection depending on the circumstances and personal preference.

My Services

Ground & recharge
(in-person/online)

This experience lasts for 45 minutes (in person) or 60 minutes remotely/online.
It includes a short introductory conversation, grounding, reiki therapy, reflection and closure.
The reiki therapy (20-30 min.) realigns, recharges and reconnects yourself.

Full reiki experience
(in person, 90 min.)

This experience lasts for 90 minutes and includes a longer exploratory conversation, grounding, reiki therapy, reflection and closure.
I recommend a minimum of 3-4 sessions and ideally 6 sessions in order to gain the maximum benefit and a longer-lasting effect from the therapy.

Deep journey series
(3 x 60 min.)

This series consists of 3 x 60 minute reiki healing experiences similar to the full reiki experience but allows for deeper, more consistent transformation through a series of sessions. The sessions are scheduled with 1-2 weeks of time inbetween them according to your availability.

Transformation deep
dive (6 x 60 min.)

This journey consists of 6 x 60 minute reiki healing experiences similar to the full reiki experience but allows for deeper, more consistent transformation through subsequent sessions. This also includes a group experiential class and participation in a transformation circle at MindBodyEnergyLab.

What can you expect during a reiki healing session?

Each session integrates ancient time-trialed wisdom with modern practice, starting with a consultation and status overview to understand your immediate needs and intentions. 
Then, you’ll experience gentle energy healing in the form of reiki for 30-45 minutes with non-invasive hand positions in safe zones and always under prior consent.
It‘s important to point out that this is not massage but may at times include gentle stretches, gentle rubs and a few gentle pressure points.
Then we reflect on the session incl. potentially personalized ayurvedic guidance, guided breathwork exercises and session closure.

Reiki is a non-invasive therapy style where the reiki practitioner channels universal energy to the receiving person. The energy does not come from the practitioner but is merely channeled through their body.
During the session the practitioner is guided by their intuition and senses where the energy is most needed and channels the energy accordingly.

The practitioner ensures the energetic space is kept clean before, during and after the session.

Before the actual session a short energetic grounding & protection exercise is done and then the reiki therapy can commence. 

After the therapy a short grounding exercise is done before sharing feedback and reflections.

You don’t have to “believe” in the healing benefits for it to work but you do have to stay open-minded and be open to receive reiki from me for it to work.

My experience from practicing reiki for more than 10 years is that one session is usually not enough to obtain consistent and efficient results. I recommend min. 3 consecutive sessions in order to obtain efficient results.

Reiki is a safe and non-invasive therapy method which is 100% safe. We ensure that the space is energetically cleansed before, during and after each session and ensure grounding and safe conduct of energy throughout the session.

There are no risks with receiving reiki. It’s 100% safe.

The only thing you should make sure is that you are wearing loose garments and avoid tight, restictive clothing, which allow you to relax properly. We’ll provide everything else.

Ayurvedic infusions will be offered during the  sessions.

It’s preferrable that you haven’t consumed alcohol within the past 24 hours prior to the session for optimal results. 

Work on which intention your session should revolve around so that you have a clear idea. Otherwise, we can also talk about this as part of the session.
