Komyo ReikiDo (pronounced Koh-m-yoh Ray-key Doh) is a Japanese Reiki system, founded by Inamoto Hyakuten, Pure Land (Jodo Shu 浄土宗) Buddhist Monk, Reiki researcher & renowned International Reiki teacher.
Komyo ReikiDo is a keep-it-simple Reiki system & practice, based on the Japanese aesthetic of Less is More.
Komyo ReikiDo is based on Reiki Ryoho as was practised in Japan, that is, a Japanese system based on traditional Reiki mindset (way of thinking).
The purpose of Komyo ReikiDo is to strive for the improvement of mind & body through Reiki Ryoho practice, to cultivate a healthy & peaceful life as well as uplift our spirituality & being.
Inamoto Hyakuten, a native of Kyoto, learned Reiki from his teacher Yamaguchi Chiyoko, a student of Hayashi Chujiro. Inamoto Sensei was inspired to share & teach Reiki so Komyo Reiki Kai was created in 1998.
In 2016, Inamoto Sensei changed the name of his Reiki system to Komyo ReikiDo, to reflect the emphasis on spiritual growth & development through the practice of Reiki, not just hands-on healing. Reiki is a mind body practice, treating the whole as originally intended by Usui Mikao, the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho.
Inamoto Hyakuten has researched Reiki over many years & continues to do so. Being Japanese, he is in a unique position of being able to verify facts where others have failed due to language & cultural blocks. Many stories that have arisen over the years, have now been proven incorrect, thanks to Inamoto Sensei.
To this day, he travels the world teaching Komyo ReikiDo, teaching as many people as possible. When in Kyoto, he holds regular Reiki Shares & also hosts tours on Mt Kurama for Reiki practitioners & teachers, regardless of lineage.
Inamoto Hyakuten continues to be an advocate of truth & unity amongst the Reiki community.
This course teaches the un-initiated to the first level of Komyo ReikiDo. Emphasis is placed on the 5 reiki precepts, hands-on healing and will introduce the student to the self-healing practice. The student will learn about the origin of reiki, the founder Mikao Usui and the history and spread of reiki in the world. The course includes reijju (activation ritual) of the spiritual healing power.
This level will prepare the student to perform self-healing and hands-on healing of others and prepare the student to enter the next level (Chuden).
Certain Komyo ReikiDo practices will be taught.
Comprises 2 x 6 hours over 2 subsequent weekend days
The Shoden graduate is eligible to sit for Chuden after min. one (1) month.
In this course you will learn how to heal others (in the mind, the body and over distance). This course introduces Komyo ReikiDo symbols for enhanced healing capabilities and distance healing. Furthermore, the student will receive a deeper knowledge of reiki and learn about energy hygiene and how to set the stage for a healing session.
New Komyo ReikiDo techniques and practices are taught and practiced. This level is the minimum for practitioners who want to offer their services to the public.

Okuden is a doorway to spiritual practice. We begin on a spiritual path to the ultimate goal of inner peace. i.e. the purpose of life.
This level will teach the student about the last symbol to obtain a more spiritual aspect of energy healing and commence on a spiritual path.
The student will obtain a deeper and more fundamental, spiritually connected understanding of reiki and Komyo ReikiDo. Includes a review of level 1 (Shoden) and 2 (Chuden).
Comprises 2 x 6 hours over 2 subsequent weekend days
The Okuden graduate is eligible to sit for the Shinpiden degree after min. one (1) year. This course will prepare you for the shihan (teacher) level of Komyo ReikiDo. It encompasses spiritual nurturing and a deeper understanding of how to prepare for and run teaching workshops and how to give reijju (the healing activation given during trainings and reiki shares) .
This is the teacher level and after a further refresher course with Komyo ReikiDo International, the student is then able to teach Komyo ReikiDo to students. New Komyo ReikiDo techniques, concepts and practices are taught and practiced. Includes a review of all previous levels.

A light vegan lunch and refreshments, tea, coffee and water will be served during the training.
These meetings where several students (and non-students) meet to share reiki and receive reijju from the shihan present. Every gathering starts with a welcome and a short grounding exercise, after which several reiki hands-on or distant healing reiki sessions start. This could be with a specific healing intention or a more broad global or planetary healing intention.
During the share, everyone will receive reijju (for activated students) or a light version of reijju (open reijju) for non-activated students. By participating in the reiki share as a non-activated student to Komyo reikiDo you can expect to obtain a great insight into how Komyo ReikiDo is practiced, and get to know members of the community.
You will participate in grounding and protection exercises, reiki sessions and specific Komyo ReikiDo practices during the event.
The price for attending these gatherings is 125 dkk and requires registration, and a pre-payment before the day of the event.
Light vegan refreshments, tea, coffee and water will be served during the event.

“I teach all levels of Komyo ReikiDo and run Komyo ReikiDo community shares and workshops”

I am a certified reiki shihan (teacher) and practitioner in the Japanese Hayashi Shiki Usui Reiki Ryoho tradition with a level 4 (Shinpiden) degree. This reiki style was founded by Dr. Chujiro Hayashi who was a direct student of Mikao Usui (the founder of Usui Reiki Ryoho). This tradition is taught by the international reiki association Komyo Reikido led in Denmark by Shihan Annalisa Lococo (DK) and internationally founded and led by Rev. Hyakuten Inamoto Sensei (JP).
Rev. Inamoto Sensei is the third link taught from the founder of reiki, Mikao Usui and today embodies and teaches the spiritual practices originally founded by Mikao Usui.
Furthermore, I have obtained the advanced 2nd level in the Western Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition from Reiki Healing Copenhagen (Natalia Kuraszynska). This school originates from Ms. Hawayo Takata (US), who was a dedicated student of Chujiro Hayashi (JP).
