At MindBodyEnergyLab, I offer a safe and supportive space where we explore how energy alignment practices such as chakra balancing and breathwork can enhance your overall sense of well-being. While not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment, these practices are intended to complement your personal growth journey.
Together, we work with your mindset to gently uncover potential limiting beliefs that may be influencing your energy flow. Clients often report feeling more grounded, clear, and connected after sessions, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
My aim is not to diagnose or treat any condition, but to support your process of self-awareness, energetic balance, and emotional resilience.
My approach is holistic and I incorporate energy channeling (reiki), ancient Indian ayurvedic practices, meditation, breathwork (pranayama) and reflection.
I combine all of these methods with mindset coaching in a holistic approach.
Reiki can be understood as a form of energy channelling. The term was first coined by Reiki master Mikao Usui in Japan approximately 100 years ago, leading to the establishment of his school, Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai.
During my sessions at MindBodyEnergyLab, I work with the flow of energy and intuitively guide it to areas where it is most.
Rooted in a 5,000-year-old tradition known as the “science of life,” I offer ayurvedic-inspired guidance at MindBodyEnergyLab. Based on your individual constitution and your own reflections on physical and emotional well-being, I share suggestions for daily habits and dietary routines that may support your balance and vitality in everyday life.
At MindBodyEnergyLab, I incorporate physical exercises and breathwork techniques (pranayamas) inspired by Kundalini yoga into my sessions. These traditional practices have been used by many to support a greater sense of balance, vitality, and personal well-being.
I believe that the mind, body, and soul are deeply connected and influence one another. At MindBodyEnergyLab, we explore how thought patterns and personal beliefs may relate to your sense of energy and well-being. Through guided reflection and simple self-awareness practices, I support you in identifying thought patterns that may no longer serve you and in exploring new perspectives that feel more empowering.
